About The Event:
30 volunteers will partner with Central Texas Food Bank to inspect, clean, sort, box and prepare donated food and non-food items to distribute to partner agencies and distribution programs and the folks they serve. After the event, we will be socializing at Radio East with food and #volunbeers!

Waiver: After you RSVP to our event, you'll need to create an account and fill out a waiver with CTFB before October 8th. After you fill out the waiver please scroll down and click the 'Sign Up' button.

Dress code: Volunteers are required to wear a shirt with sleeves that cover the underarm and closed-toe shoes. Some volunteers will be asked to work in a cold area or a hot area that is not air-conditioned for the duration of the shift, so be prepared to add or remove layers.
Arrival Time: For safety reasons, volunteers who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not be allowed to join their group for the shift. CTFB recommends arriving 5-10 minutes early so volunteers have time to check in and be ready to start.
