About The Event:
Join us on October 12th as we partner with the Center for Child Protection to paint flowers on their security fence and tackle other outdoor maintenance projects! Our time will conclude with an info session and a tour of the organization. Volunteers are recommended to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes.
The Center for Child Protection is the only nonprofit in Travis County involved in the investigation and prosecution of crimes against children. Our mission is to reduce the trauma for children during this process. Our vision is to end the cycle of child abuse through advocacy, education and community support.
After the event, we'll be socializing at Lao'd Bar first and then Sign Bar for some #volunbeers!
