Join us on August 9th as we partner with Hope Austin to prepare food bags and make back-to-school themed cards for young students!

HopeAustin is a 501(c) charitable organization creating opportunities for the youngest members of our community through food security. By providing weekend meals to students who lose their subsidized meals offered during the school week, HopeAustin ensures the brightest future for our children and the broader community by ensuring children have every opportunity to learn and thrive without hunger

After the event, we'll be socializing at Celis Brewery for some #volunbeers AND our Annual Birthday Celebration! VU ATX is turning 5 this year and we'd love nothing more than to celebrate with our VU community. Please invite whoever you'd like to join in on the fun (volunteering isn't required to attend the Birthday Celebration)! We'll have sweet treats, giveaways, & a raffle fundraiser with some pretty cool prizes. 🎉
